Our Himalayan had some matting issues, and she is also afraid of dogs. Brick and mortar salons stress her out. We didn’t want to sedate her, but the mats had to go— thankfully Aussie Pet Mobile came to the rescue! Ingrid worked on our cat, and she did an amazing job. I am writing this review in case there is anyone else out there who is desperate for a groomer, LOVES their dog, and doesn't have a lot of free time to get it all done. So happy with the business. Beth came to our home to groom our very overgrown, somewhat sensitive and scared, full of mats, miniature goldendoodle. I do not know what we would do without her or this business! He swam every single day last summer, and we did not realize the horrific mats that would occur. My daughter has tried cutting them out, we have always bathed him, but he was past anything we could do. Our puppy is pretty sensitive and we could not imagine him doing well at a groomer, and more importantly, we just have not figured out how to fit in the process of getting him to the groomer, etc. To find Aussie Pet mobile was a lifesaver. We just googled pet mobile grooming, and the only other one that came up would not call us back! Aussie Pet Mobile answered right away, and they were so nice. The whole process, even though our puppy was not very excited, took 1.5 hours. He looks amazing, and he was more than happy when he came out of her van. She could not have been more loving! And we were picturing just having to succumb to getting him completely shaved, which was our fault and neglect. To think this all-star professional, Beth, whisked him to her amazing Mercedes van and bathed him in some all natural shampoos, and to have him come in literally looking like a puppy. THANK YOU. I have no affiliation with this business and had never heard of it before this week. Keep in mind the price is more than the other groomers out there, but they don't come to your home! And the experience was honestly worth every penny, including her big tip she so deserved. I think taking him to a groomer would have taken years off of our dogs life and mine! And when I think about the cost, the price was right on, because the value of what you are getting more than adds up to their pricing! I cannot thank this business enough. Top notch in every way! Max is our Havanese puppy. He was groomed for the first time several weeks ago. He is just seven months old and we did not want to send him to a groomers where they lock your dog up all day. He is very cute but, was looking a little scruffy before his scheduled appointment. They did a great job! He is beautiful and did not appear stressed out by the experience. Ingra is an awesome groomer!!! I have a wire haired dachshund that has come away from the groomers in the past, looking wild! Any wire haired dog is hard to groom (Scottie, Schnauzer, Border Terrier, etc.) Wire haired dachshunds are especially hard because their coats are supposed to be hand stripped with a stripping blade..this is LABOR INTENSIVE!!!! Thanks to Ingra and her knowledge with hand stripping, my wire actually looks like what a wire haired dachshund is supposed to look like! I have already booked another appointment. We were not sure what to expect - we just adopted a German Shepard who is great with people but still anxious around other dogs - so we thought we would give Aussie Pet Mobile a try and we are so glad we did. We were lucky to get Natasha as a groomer today - she not only did an incredible job on our Remo dog but it is obvious she is a dog lover and took the time to work with him and calm us down as nervous pet parents. First off Ingra was very punctual in showing up for our appointment. Her company customer service agent Scott was communicating well with her in finding my location. Her services were explained thoroughly and with an understanding on both her end and mine. My senior dog can no longer handle the traditional groomers. The noise and the time in the cage is too much for him. I found a mobile groomer that was great at first but I began to experience scheduling issues and failing to show up. After reading the reviews for Aussie, I booked my first appointment for two weeks out. Booking the appointment was a breeze. I asked to be contacted if they had any cancellations and they did! As usual for my dog he was trembling when I handed him over. When I got him back he was calm and relaxed. At the traditional groomers, he would tremble and whine all the way home. I'm not particular about how he is groomed because of his age. I'm more concerned about how he is handled, noise level, and that he has a good experience. They exceeded my expectations. More...

I am soo happy with Aussie Pet and thrilled that my fur baby doesn't spend any time locked in a cage, like most groomers! I love how Elena takes my pomeranian, and treats him like her own, she scissor cuts my pom, and his hair is like silk when she is done . The pet mobile got to my house on time, everything was explained very well. Nice and personable and I loved the van!
