Crystal Note DJ was a perfect fit for our English and Spanish wedding at the Bel-Air Bay Club. The app used to prepare our wedding music timeline was so convenient and helpful. Crystal Note also offers a number of DJ facades and Photo Booth options. Edgardo was well prepared for our venue, provided a great mix of our songs and knew exactly how to keep the dance floor going. Crystal Note was phenomenal and just the right fit for our wedding! Edgardo is easy to work with and helped us with everything we needed. We were provided with all the equipment we needed, an awesome MC, and our package also came with a photo booth (which everyone loved), a livestream, and a dancing on clouds for effect for our first dance (it made for beautiful pictures and multiple guests commented it was the best fog effect they had seen). Music and lighting were terrific. Bride & Groom did a surprise performance with a live band and Edgardo took care of it. Not getting what was invoiced and promised . Very disappointed and I had high hopes after speaking with the owner and seeing the reviews . I paid the full price but didn’t the service I paid for . Won’t be using this company again . Very disappointed and so was the rest of the company and the employees were disappointed there wasn’t a Photo Booth. We even had a phone conversation and email in picture booth setup then for the owner to say that wasn’t part of the invoice to the assistant setting up . Honestly, Im very VERY happy Edgardo was the DJ at my wedding! He really listened to my songlist and put it all very well together! He even let us use his Photo machine and EVERYONE loved it! Edgardo was the DJ for my wedding. He also handled annoucements during the reception. Our wedding was slightly complicated, in that our DJ had to provide audio services for our ceremony at one location, then provide services at another location for the reception. Edgardo kept to the schedule and was highly approachable throughout the process. He provided the exact music/songs we requested. He always returned our phone calls/voicemails in a timely manner. He ran into some issues at our reception venue (reception AV system issues, not on DJ), but was able to troubleshoot on the spot, and thus was able to provide karaoke services to my wedding guests. I met Edgardo at a Bridal Expo and liked the packages that his team offered. They covered a variety of services at a price that was reasonable and within our budget. We hired them for MC/DJ services (we could not have a traditional DJ setup at our venue,) a 4 hour photo booth setup, and for a ceremony arch. Leo was an excellent MC who kept the night moving and worked well with our team. Our photo booth team member was very kind and friendly as well (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!) We provide all the necessary precautions from the Covid-19 situation. All our equipment are sanitized, and we also have hand sanitizers on stand by, as well as we use an APP for all requested songs instead of a pen and paper.
