I connected with Patrice about two years ago. I was in a really difficult time in my life and she met me exactly where I was emotionally and helped me flourish into the confident women I am today. Anything I’m about to write can’t even justify how amazing Patrice is at what she does. Her support has gotten me through it all. From romantic relationships, family problems, navigating a new position, believing in my abilities and in myself. I honestly don’t think I would have gotten through some of those dark times with out her. I never feel judged but always understood, even when I don’t understand myself. If I can, I will continue seeing her for the rest of my life. Working with her makes me feel heard, supported and hopeful. She has helped me see things clearer and in a more positive way. I have few of her sayings stuck in my head but the one that stands out the most is; why is this happening for me?” Often times I’ve been put in situations with unexpected change or just life’s challenges and I’ve learned to handle them better through our work together. It’s pretty spectacular to look back from when we started our coaching to today and see how much I’ve grown. I’m so proud of the strides I have made and I credit this progress to this wonderful, caring, thoughtful and skillful women. I’ve learned so much in these last two years and I look forward to learning and growing more. I can honestly say that every single time I have connected with Patrice I have left the conversation feeling better and more confident in whatever the situation is. I was so happy with my progress that I referred my younger brother to her, because I wanted him to have the best support to navigate this world too. We have tackled so many challenges! Such as: breaking generational traumas, anxiety/depression, imposter syndrome, dealing with abusive people, nutrition, budgeting, managing stress, taking control of my health/fitness, work, friendship concerns, personal growth, romantic relationships and much much more. I share all of this to say that if you are looking for someone to help you navigate some hard times or even if you want to grow in anyway, Patrice is pretty great. She’s also wonderful because she truly cares, that’s hard to find and it makes such a huge difference. I’m extremely thankful to be working with her.

I want to really take my time with writing what an amazing experience I had with Patrice. When I first came to her, I was in one of the darkest moments of my life and there is no better way to describe her than a bright light. In all honesty, I was at first hesitant to start up life coaching with her but I can honestly say it was the BEST decision of my life and I would not be the more strong, more confident, more enthusiastic and more positive me that I am today if it wasn’t for her consistent encouragement, unwavering support, and commitment to my journey no matter the highs and lows. I have worked with Patrice on several subject matters from marriage to parenting to business and everything in between. I have appreciated how she cuts to the meat of the matter very quickly! !
