AI Workforce Alliance is led by Ashley Gross, an AI agent architect and Wiley-published author who has spent six-plus years building AI into enterprise workflows, not just talking about it. What sets this apart from most AI speakers and trainers: every keynote, workshop, and training session is built from real, production deployments, not theory or slideware.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching a room shift, from people bracing for another AI buzzword talk to people realizing they just got something they can actually use. That moment matters more to me because of how I got here. I built this business because I wasn't given the flexibility I needed as a new mother in 2020, so every workshop and keynote I run is personal. I'm not teaching AI for its own sake, I'm teaching people how to reclaim time the way I had to fight to reclaim mine. Getting to hand that to someone else, in a single session, is the best part of the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started AI Workforce Alliance because I didn't get a maternity leave in 2020. That experience made it clear how little flexibility most companies actually offer their people, even when the tools to work smarter already existed. I channeled that into building AI-powered workflows that give teams back real time and autonomy, starting with my own. What began as necessity became a business built specifically to help other teams reclaim what I had to fight for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
Most AI speakers and trainers teach theory. I teach from what I've actually built. Every keynote, workshop, and hands-on enablement session I run is drawn from real AI agents I've architected and deployed inside enterprise companies, work that has delivered $3 million-plus in measurable savings. That means your team walks away with something they can use Monday morning, not just inspiration. I tailor every session to the real workflows your people touch every day, so it's never a generic AI 101 talk. And because I built this business out of necessity, after not getting a maternity leave in 2020, I bring a genuine understanding of what it actually takes to reclaim time and work smarter, not just a slide about it.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, most of my work is delivered remotely. AI strategy consulting, executive workshops, and virtual keynotes are conducted over video conferencing, with in-person workshops and keynotes available by request for clients who want a live, in-room experience.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because most of my consulting and speaking work is delivered virtually, in-person contact is minimal by design. For any live, in-person engagements, I follow the health and safety protocols set by the hosting venue or organization.
