I have been working as a personal trainer and gym instructor for over 6 years. I offer 1-1 or small group PT sessions in my private studio in Meanwood, Leeds and at a private studio in Bramhope, Leeds on a Wednesday afternoon/evening.

Being brutally honest I never thought I would ever see myself being committed enough to have a gym membership and stick to it, never mind have a Personal Trainer and be able to stick at that.

I discovered Hannah taking part in one of her Kettlebell classes on a Thursday evening.

I’ve now been training with Hannah for 8 weeks and working with her has not only taught me to enjoy exercise and working out more than I ever imagined I would, but has also taught me that you don’t always need physical weights in order to really work yourself - that you can simply use your own body weight and get as good a workout, if not better and see exactly the same results!

Some trainers as you can imagine are excessively pushy and make you feel uncomfortable by the way they try to push you beyond your physical capabilities - Hannah however, allows you to push yourself within your own physical capabilities and if she can see that you are struggling or falling off your pace, she will give you a friendly push which I have found is often enough to help you find that extra gear and push yourself on with.

I would recommend Hannah as a Personal Trainer to absolutely anyone.

When I joined the gym I didn't know what I was doing at all and was a bit terrified about the whole thing! Getting PT sessions from Hannah was the best money I have spent in the last year and she has taught me how to use loads of equipment, always comes up with creative exercises, is really motivating and very easy to get along with. She is also really reliable and helpful. I feel way fitter and far more confident as a result of our sessions and recommend her Training to anyone! More...

Would highly recommend Hannah. She gives me the motivation to workout! Hannah is a professional and enthusiastic Personal Trainer. She works with me to set challenging yet achievable goals and knows how and when to encourage and when to push. Her easy going friendly personality creates a relaxed comfortable atmosphere and she brings energy to every session. Her programmes are always varied and there's never two the same so always keeping me interested. I never thought I would say that I enjoy working out but working with Hannah I absolutely do!! I have given Hannah a five star rating as she offer great support and encouragement whilst designing a bespoke training schedule tailored to my goals. I also was having physio on a shoulder injury and Hannah gave me exercises that complemented the physio's treatment. She made it fun and challenging. More...

I've been training with Hannah since May and it's made a massive change to my life. I previously struggled to find the motivation but now I look forward to our sessions. I am 100% dedicated to working with my clients to achieve their fitness goals, however big or small these may be. Everyone's goal is different which makes this job so interesting and enjoyable. I am always looking to learn and increase my knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals.

I believe dedication is the key to achieving the body of your dreams. There is no quick, easy fix - you have to persevere, stay dedicated, remind yourself why you set that goal in the first place and most importantly - don't give up.

I love seeing how my clients progress - wether that be an improvement in their strength, watching their movements develop, how their body composition has changed or even noticing their confidence grow - client progression is definitely what makes me love my job.

I have always wanted to be my own boss and Fitness is my passion, personal training is the perfect job for me.

If you're looking for something a little different - away from the 'norm' when it comes to Fitness then you have come to the right place. I don't believe in sticking my clients on a treadmill for 15 minutes, infact I rarely use any machines. I work a lot with body weight only, the body is so interesting and it's the only machine you need.
