I offer online coaching nutritional coaching and 1:1 personal training. We adopt a flexible approach to nutritional coaching meaning there will be no FAD diets, cutting out of food groups unnecessarily or avoiding social situations.
I’m Tim, an ex-team GB and Ghana Sprinter with over 17 years’ experience competing at the highest level in my sport.
I’ve competed at the Commonwealth games, World Championships indoors and out and the European Championships.
Since retiring from the sport I have become a fully qualified Personal Trainer and I continue to broaden my knowledge while working with Leeds Carniege Rugby Union, Halifax Town FC and Leeds Rhinos Netball.
