If your goal is to lose weight, get fit, eat healthy but need that push, Mark’s your guy. Professional and on point. (Knows his stuff) He’s been pushing me hard for 3 months and I’ve been hitting my target.

By keeping you accountable and making sure on a day to day basis you're pulling your weight to achieve the fitness goals you want. You might even be sick of me being on your back sometimes, however you'll love the results

This is something that I teach in great depth on my 12 week transformation course - something called the TRIPLE A Plan:

- Action - actually rolling up your sleeves and doing the work required
- Allocation - learning how to fit your lifestyle changes into your current schedule to ensure you don't miss days off
- Accountability - Being able to hold yourself accountable to your goals so that you stay consistent, disciplined and motivated

Once you learn those 3 things, you'll now only achieve the body of your dreams, but you'll be able to make transformations in other areas. Clients I've worked with have gone on to use the Triple A Plan to start their own businesses, get promotions at work, quit their alcohol/drug addictions and more
