Just to say a big thank you to Dave and the whole Highline team for all your hard work on my roof. Dave was very helpful in explaining every stage of work that was carried out on my new slate roof with beautiful lead work and friendly staff that was helpful in answering any questions I had. Thank you very much to Mr Scott Gowton and his colleagues at No.1 Roofing UK Ltd for replacing our roof (in a victorian conversion house with four flats). We had already used them for minor repairs in the past, but this was a major project. I could not recommend this company more because: 1. First, Mr Gowton, the director and main point of communication is extremely polite and responsive either by email or whastapp. He was very patient with all our questions for clarification (as we are several neighbours). There was no delay on their part, and things went very smooth. 2. The quality of the work is outstanding. They did 2.1. slates in the sloped roof, 2.2. two dormers, 2.3. replaced all gutters 2.4. a large flat roof over a kitchen extension which is. 2.5. a smaller flat roof which is a little balcony. This was done as an emergency by somebody else a few months before (after a leak) and No.1 Roofing re-did it to a much higher standard (and they will come to check it when I get a new double door installed). 2.6. insulated the attic very nicely. 3. Mr Gowton did all the liaison with the Council and provided the warranty and all the paperwork. 4. They cleaned everything and went above and beyond: one morning my car's rear mirror was broken and one of the workers came out to help and put some fancy tape around it! 5. All the workers were very polite, corteous and helpful. They even tried to help with a kitchen door! In summary, I certainly recommend No.1 Roofing Ltd to others and I would definitely consider their services as my experience has been very positive. Thanks so much!
