All sessions are individually planned to meet your needs and goals. We take in consideration your exercise history and fitness and health requirements and needs to ensure that you get the most out of each session. All packages include full assessments of posture and analysis of movement along with nutritional analysis and dietary advice from an myself, an AFN Certified qualified Nutritionist. We will also regularly analyse and check your body statistics which include measuring weight, body fat and body part measurements along with photos. Using these types of analysis we can accurately track your progress and see just how far you have come. My business, Lela Pilates provides both Private and Group Pilates sessions around Glasgow. Pilates is an exercise system, developed by its founder, Joseph Pilates at the turn of the 20th century which focuses on strengthening and stretching not just your 'core' but the whole body. Combining elements of yoga, martial arts and Western forms of exercise Pilates helps to improve flexibility, balance, posture and overall muscle tone but without adding 'bulk'. Sessions are based on the mat and usually follow a series of body conditioning movements that flow from one to another, creating an overall mind and body workout that will hopefully leave you re-invigorated, relaxed and centered.

I am passionate about fitness being accessible and affordable for all. I am also a Pilates instructor and run Pilates classes or individual sessions. I am currently studying Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Management, Level 5 Life Coaching, Level 3 Sports Conditioning and will be studying Cardiac Rehab later on in the year.
