About

I am a motivating and enthusiastic personal trainer based in South East London. All of my workouts and exercise programmes are 100% tailored to my clients to help them achieve their goals.

I can come to your home and we can train in your garden or front room, we can train outdoors in parks and I also have access to a small private gym studio based in Greenwich which is kitted out with great equipment.

Q&As

I like to establish a goal early on and making sure it is realistic and ideally something that is not aesthetic. I want my clients to think more about their fitness and wellness rather than wanting to look like Rihanna. Because we are all different shapes and sizes, with different metabolisms and things work differently for different people but if we set performance based goals (such as be able to do 10 press ups, or be able to run a 5k in under 25 minutes) it'll be easier to see progression and then the aesthetic things like increased muscle tone will just happen along the way!

Fitness is a lifestyle not a quick fix. If you really want to feel confident in your body, I honestly think you need to change your way of life rather than doing loads of exercise for a few months and then nothing for the rest of the year. It should be a gradual change. You won't wake up over night and have a six pack, but if you gradually incorporate more workouts into your routine and make it a part of your lifestyle, you'll soon start noticing differences which will spur you on to keep going. And the best way to do that is to make sure that you are ENJOYING it, and doing workouts which are fun. Of course if you are wanting to lose weight or tone up for a particular event, it can be done, it requires a lot of hard work but you can do it. But when the event is over, you risk falling back into old habits. So I really believe the key thing is to make sure you are having fun, and also having a good support group around you who understands your motivations and who may even want to exercise with you! It always helps having that extra little bit of motivation!

The thing I love the most about being a trainer is building the great relationships with my clients, they end up becoming such great friends and we both look forward to seeing each other every week. And of course when they start to see results and feel better about themselves, that is the best part, knowing that you have given them a little more confidence.

I was sick of being stuck in a stressful, unfulfilling office environment and wanted to do something more rewarding where I could help people. By this point I was really into my fitness so decided to get my Personal Training qualification and start my fitness career!

I am super friendly and have a genuine interest in wanting to help people. I like to be encouraging and motivational rather than shouting in your ear like a drill sergeant, that is just not me! I will listen to your goals, we will work together to achieve them and you will have my complete 100% attention throughout the sessions. I will also give nutrition advice, send workout videos and make bespoke exercise plans for you to help keep you motivated along the way. Plus we will just generally have a great time, joke around, and you won't even notice you've been working out for an hour!
