About

"No matter how hard or impossible it is, NEVER lose sight of your goal." A motto for a lifetime, one that should be shouldered throughout your entire life. Whether your goal is fitness related of not.

Health and fitness can seem like a daunting task, finding the motivation, will power and just the strength to get up and be active.

It has been a great experience training with Femi. Through his guidance and dedicated training sessions he had put together to work on different goals, my fitness improved significantly since I started training with him 5 months ago.

Started my fitness journey 2 months ago and with the help of Femi I have seen huge progress and change in my body figure.

Posted one earlier but I chose the wrong star by accident this is the correct rating.

Super fun boxing lessons with a great mix of ‘theory’ and more tips as you progress. Always challenging but never too much to take! Highly recommend!

Q&As

I believe in "Give and Take." From the get go, I ask all my client to give me just one thing. EFFORT! My clients give me effort and I give them the goals they once thought were impossible. Side by side going through this journey with them, the highs and the lows. We experience all those things together, as a TEAM.

"Consistency over Progress." So long as you're consistent, you're bound to see results. Now it's important to note that seeing results doesn't solely come from the scale or how you look in the mirror, but it also comes in the form of how you feel both mentally and physically. Do you feel less stressed? Progress!!! Do you feel you can do more than before? Progress!!! Put consistency first and your goal is soon to follow 100%.

What I love most is that feeling of accomplishment. There is no better feeling than having a client text or call me with excitement about their achievements. Be it big, be it small an achievement is an achievement. From dropping a dress size to hitting a new PB on a bench press. The satisfaction of my clients means everything to me and it's what inspires me to help the next person who needs my help.

What inspired me to start my own business? Nothing really, currently I work a full time job as a Gym manager/PT. However I know that there are still people out there who could use a helping hand and if by starting my own business I can help those people then why not?

Why should you choose me? Simply because. I 100% have got your best interests at heart. From reasonably priced sessions to packages that give more than what you pay for. I won't just be another PT out to help you if you pay me, but a source of strength and motivation that you can call on when needed. The journey is not an easy one and you'll need a shoulder to lean on and someone you can turn to during the hardest of times, quite simply that's me!

I can also provide a service online and remotely. Now this service will differ from a face to face service as you will need to have some bits and pieces of equipment on your personnel. However nothing changes you'll still receive that undying support and management from me all the same. Yes you may need to put even more effort to keep yourself going, but I am just a phone call away so never too far in order to provide you that support and management.

An excess in the amount of equipment I have and making sure that all equipment is washed and deep cleaned weekly to the best of my ability so I can ensure that every client can train with the easiest of minds.
