I have been working with Dan now for some time..we have been joking about how I have done my 100 hours. Being a lady of a certain age! Get to know them 1st. See what they do and don't like. So that i can make a training/nutrition plan they can enjoy and stick to. Every 2 weeks we will have check-ins to discuss progress and what we will aim for in the coming weeks.

You need to enjoy the process to start with. Then the most important part is being consistent. It's the key in this game. We have to plan it out and chip away at it bit by bit. We also don't want to overcomplicate things and just keep it simple so it's easy to follow and stick to.

I'm a people person so love the interactions with my clients and seeing them improve and reach their goals. Teaching them how to eat better. So that they know how to lose or gain weight in the future.

I was self-employed as a graphic designer before I became a pt. I wasn't enjoying it and found myself always in the gym. I've done sports all my life so going to the gym was a no-brainer for me. So decided to give it ago and never looked back.

So I've built up a lot of knowledge over that time and made a lot of mistakes on myself. So now I can give you the best techniques and advice so you don't make the same mistakes i did.

Yes, I can. So the online service will include a personalised training program that you will access through an app. It will have videos of all the exercises. A personalised nutrition plan which we will track through myfitnesspal. Check in every 2 weeks to go through your nutrition, program, measurements and anything else we need to work on.

I have taken my jabs to keep my clients safe. I keep a distance when training them in the gym. I sanitize the equipment before and after use.

Services

Everyone has an online customised program. That is viewed through an app. The app will have all the information you need and videos to show you how to perform the exercises if your not sure.

I will give you a customised nutrition plan for you to follow. I will work out your calories and set your macros. So all you need to do is put your daily food intake in myfitnesspal. So I can see what your eating.

This is where we will go through your training, food and everything else over the 2 weeks to make sure you are on track and discuss any issues you're having.
