Sharon is always a pleasure to work with, she knows how to push my to my limits in a way that’s safe and healthy, I know that every time we have a session I’m in good hands. I have been training with Sharon since September 2022. She has helped me significantly with my overall fitness. Sharon has the ability to see things holistically, so its not just about how hard I train – she pays close attention throughout my workout and corrects my form/posture where needed.
She also helps me to stay focused, engaged and motivated throughout the workout particularly at times where I start to flag. She has the right balance of pushing me where needed but is also aware of any weak points where I am susceptible to injury. I have learnt better form when using gym equipment, which also gives me more confidence when I go to the gym on my own.
Food and nutrition are crucial elements to ensure success in any fitness journey. Sharon provides regular food plans which give a good nutritional balance, particularly if you are trying to lose weight.
Its important to remember that you have to put the work in outside of the gym also, and tracking this on the workout plans Sharon creates is a really helpful way of monitoring progress.
I would not hesitate in recommending Sharon if you want fun and impactful workouts, where you will see changes IF you stick to the plans and put in the work.

I have been a boxing coach both amateur and professional for over 30 years and have seen the difference a strength and conditioner makes to a boxer, Sharon does all the S&C for my boxers using specific drills for the boxers, Sharon will work around the boxers needs for optimum performance, using her vast experience covering runs, sprints, and strength and conditioning circuits, and dietary needs.
She really is an asset to me, she is also really easy going person who knows when and how to push a client at the right time, if you are just starting out on your fitness journey or are an experienced gym user go with Sharon, you won’t regret it, I never have

Love working with Sharon. She’s so positive and is great at motivating you to get the your goals - I’ve been seeing her for a few months and I’m finding it really beneficial.
As someone who normally doesn’t like the gym and struggles to get myself down on my own will, I have been going once to twice a week outside her sessions and getting there early before her sessions to do some cardio - I hardly recognise myself!
She also has been doing twice weekly meal plans for me and adapting it when I am being a bit fussy. She has been giving me exercise plans too and again has adapted when I have said I have struggled to do an exercise.
She’s the best - wouldn’t hesitate!

Sharon is an excellent tutor with professional training technic and patience. I am a new mom with a lot worries about my weight and shape. With Sharon’s help, I lost 3kg in short time and feel stronger inside my body. She is a mom as well, so she can understand how I feel and what I want. Sharon is absolutely incredible, she has so much patience and knowledge and after every session I feel happy and I love how she pushes me to do one last rep and I end up being able to do it!
She is so motivating and dedicated to her job she puts a lot of effort into planning the session and the diet plan

Sharon done her research thoroughly for me . I have a couple of health problems and this was only made Sharon try to help me even more . She taught me so much about my body and we had such a laugh during our workouts. I would highly recommend Sharon and I only stopped going as I couldn’t commit 100% for personal reason. I will definitely be going back to her in the future . I would recommend her for any gender / age / disability . She also worked really well with my daughter who is a wheelchair user.

I track clients on a aoftware and have weekly check ins! It is not all about the training i help coach with nutrition amd provide two weekly guidance plans to help make better choices
