My approach towards health and well-being is primarily focused around longevity and not the ‘quick fix’.

I design my clients programmes with three main pillars in mind. Strength, mobility and aerobic fitness. By adhereing to these three key areas, my clients achieve an atheltic, resilient body that moves and perfoms at its best.

As your coach, it’s my priority to motivate, inspire and empower you with all of the tools and education you need to not only achieve your firness goals but also build long lasting habits.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency, hard work and mindset. I’ll break down your barriers to exercise and help you understand how simple leading a healthy lifestyle can be. Once you’re 6 weeks in to my coaching and feeling incredible, your motivation will sky rocket and staying consistent with your health and fitness goals will just be part of your life.

What do you love most about your job?

It sounds cliche but I genuinely get so much out of helping people become happier and leading their healthiest life. I enjoy getting to the root cause of my clients barriers and obstacles and helping them see ‘fitness’ in a different light. Giving my clients the knowledge to create lasting change long-term and putting them in the driving seat of their health and wellness is what drives me.

Yes. All my services are offered online/remotely. My coaching encompasses weekly catch-up calls and daily messaging to ensure adherence and maximise accountability.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Before Covid-19, my entire coaching was face-to-face and then I transitioned my business to online in March 2019. In the past, when a client of mine has had covid during our coaching, I have modified their training programme appropriately to accommodate for their illness.
