I've been a member here for quite a few years now and whilst it's gone through a few changes it has always retained its core values of being a friendly, approachable and non judging gym with a strong community vibe. Very supportive of all forms of fitness and all levels of ability. It's a great location and a reasonable price. I'd give it a deserved 5 stars if the raw equipment (bars) was better and if it was open a little earlier and a little later. However, on the whole having trained at lots of gyms the balance of good equipment, a great location and a very friendly, enjoyable and supportive atmosphere. More...

Great gym - one of the best in Bristol for BB equipment. Lots of plated equipment, lots of room for heavy bar lifts, 3 bags to work on, plenty of DB’s, lots of cardio equipment and a sauna. Only left to move to closer gym to home. Leaving review because of baffling negative review from Tony Robbins - utter nonsense. More...

I love this gym. The atmosphere is so motivating and everybody is really helpful and friendly. I also LOVE the classes - if you haven’t tried Go-Flo yet then you have to try it!!!!

Been going to this gym for over 2 years. Staff are friendly and always willing to advise. There is a huge range of equipment to use whether you like lose weights or machines. Another bonus is I've never had to wait for a machine as there's plenty there. The only thing that would improve it is it could do with bigger changing facilities. Its always been welcoming for me as i work away from home. More...

I love this gym! It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside, has lots of rooms dedicated for different types of training. The staff are great and spot me or help me whenever I need it. I would recommend this place for complete beginners as well as pro lifters who want a local gym vibe. Everyone seems to know each other here which is nice and the sauna is a great feature that you can't seem to find anywhere else. More...
