Danny has immense energy and a great attitude, his workouts are effective and tough but he is with you all the way, it's hard not to like him.

Myself and my partner have been training with Danny W for the past 6 weeks. We have have little to no training before and in these 6 weeks we have felt our fitness levels increase. Danny pushes us to achieve the most out of our sessions and although the sessions are hard, we always leave feeling strong and motivated and most importantly with a smile on our faces. He kicked my ass basically!

I trained with Dan last summer. We trained in the park doing a variety of workouts from hill sprints to boxing with gloves and pads. It was awesome. He motivates you to dig deep and keep going, even when you are completely knackered and for me that was when I made the most progress. My fitness and stamina improved week after week and when we returned to the test he'd set me in week 1, I smashed it!

Anyone looking to improve your fitness, whatever level you're at, I can't recommend Dan enough. He's positive and knowledgable with a drive for self improvement that is contagious.

Being in my early 60s I was a little apprehensive about having a personal trainer but my worries were totally unnecessary. Danny was brilliant and gave me the confidence and motivation needed. Each session was different which made it interesting and also a bit of a challenge! I feel so much fitter and toned and also benefitted from losing weight. The sessions were, in fact, enjoyable and having Danny to encourage me was what I needed. I cannot recommend him highly enough and for other people in my age bracket who are not sure if it is for them, go for it. You will not regret it! More...

I attend Danny's obstacle course fitness classes that he runs on Mondays and Wednesdays. These are a great source of strength building and fitness and he accommodates every class for all levels of fitness so you are always working to your personal maximum potential. I trained with Danny once a week for around 6 months, in this time I learnt a lot about mobility, correct movement, correct posture when in the gym and that I have really bad cardio! He was great at understanding my targets and goals and really tailored all the sessions towards these. As a climber that has never really trained for climbing outside of the sport Danny taught me a lot about varieties of movements and exercises that can be used to correct imbalances and strengthen some weaknesses I had. On top of all of this he really kick started my cardio again, which has helped massively with my overall fitness.I would highly recommend Danny to anyone looking to achieve any kind of fitness goal, I was really impressed with his ability to think outside the box in terms of exercises and movements to help me achieve my goals and learn for the future More...

I have attended Danny's armour plated fitness class for a little while now. Each week with his experience, words of encouragement and hard work I am feeling my fitness levels improve week by week. Danny is lovely, very friendly and helpful. He runs a class Monday/Wednesday on brislington hill, which I have been going for the last weeks and I love it, everyone is very friendly and it's diffferent every time which is perfect because I don't get bored with some classes.

Danny is a an insightful coach for the individual. I went to his Armour Plated Fitness Class and to be honest it was too much, too soon for me. I had lost my fitness, put on weight and had trouble with my knee in the past year. Danny recognised this and gave me great advice on adapting my exercises, introducing more fat burning and a better mindset. His PT sessions suit me with the dedicated focus to keep me on track. The ways in which I help my clients reach their health and fitness goals include, optimising their workout time, ensuring proper form. I push my clients beyond their comfort zone whilst staying with in their limits, with personalised programmes. I monitor progress through regular, accurate assessments. I'm positive, motivating and I'm willing to go that extra 10% when it comes to my clients needs.

There are 3 main factors to consider when wanting the body of your dreams and they are diet, exercise and sleep. If you can be consistent with those 3 things you WILL get the results you deserve. If I had to give you just 1 word I would say 'Consistency'.....this is the key to success!

There are many aspects about being a PT that I love. I Love working with people, I love helping people feel good about themselves and helping them reach their health and fitness goals, I love having the freedom to create my own programmes designed to each individual client, I love that I get to share my passion with others,

After changing my life around due to health and fitness, I am now excited by each and every day and I passionately want to share that with others.

Because I'm passionate, caring and motivating . As well as willing to go the extra 10% when it comes to my clients needs. I also offer a free consultation and taster session before any commitment is made.
