From the first time I met Chris I knew I was in good hands. Being the very over sized and over weight person I was I had no confidence what so ever, however Chris has really helped me through all of that. Chris really listens to how you feel and what you want to achieve. When I started out I wasn't able to do very much I couldn't even lift a 10k bar now in less than a year I am now able to lift a bar which now weighs just over 100k for dead lifts. My whole life has changed and even when I'm ill now I'm not held back thanks to Chris and the support he has given me. This year I am out to achieve even bigger goals and have stepped up my training to include the massages that Chris can now offer. Chris will get you motivated, working hard and hitting personal bests in the gym, even on days where you start the session feeling like you'd rather be sat at home on the sofa.
Any aches or pains are discussed and worked around or worked through; a clear knowledge displayed of the joints & muscles that form part of us.

Also, luckily for me, he has a sense of humor and doesn't seem to take too much offence when I end up calling him every name under the sun whilst being pushed to my limits! (I am sure he gets his own back by then pushing me even harder! )
Would definitely recommend.

By nature i am very studious and as a result i have an excellent understanding of what i am teaching.
My experience has given me the opportunity to teach many people and developing their skill and understanding effectively.
I personally have been injury prone since a young age and this has forced me to learn how to deal with a wide range of issues better informing my abilities as a personal trainer.
