I came to Mike with ambitious goals: gain muscle mass and improve my strength significantly. He designed a personalised workout plan for me, and after 18 months I've added 10kg of muscle, more than doubled my max squat and bench press, and feel stronger and more confident than ever!

Mike is more than just a trainer; he's a brilliant motivator and educator. He patiently explains what’s behind each exercise, adjusted the plan to fit my changing needs, and celebrated every milestone with me. I’ve worked both online and in person with Mike. He is an excellent coach and I would highly recommend him. I found training in his private gym really developed my confidence, enough for me to go it alone with the online PT!

He has an array of experience and skills. He’s also down to Earth, easy to get along with and won’t bamboozle you with fitness jargon. I would definitely recommend, whether it’s a first timer or someone looking to get a bit more out of their sessions.

Services

Based at my own private gym in Kingswood as well as Oakfields PT in Clifton, Bristol. I provide fun, challenging sessions that are tailored to the goals of each individual. Progress is monitored throughout each session to ensure clients continue to improve.

Ideal for people who want to train alone but need structure and support to ensure they make progress.

Clients receive personalised training programmes with videos and explanations of exercises via an easy to use app. They are able to monitor their progress accurately and get regular feedback and coaching.

A combination of both in person and online personal training.

This gives clients opportunities to recieve weekly face to face coaching as well as structured training sessions that they can complete in their own time.
