I personally feel that the term "personal trainer" is quite outdated and prefer to be known as a "lifestyle coach" as keeping yourself and others in good shape really is a lifestyle! Whether you want to become a little bit more active, or change your eating habits, or even both I can help you achieve your goals. I will tailor a fitness plan and/or eating plan to suit your wants and needs. A plan doesn't have to be boring and you don't have to eat what others call "rabbit food" to get in shape, there are so many variables that apply to nutrition that allows you to keep some of your favorite foods in your everyday diet! For me personally, i enjoy a post-workout bowl of cocopops, or even a fibre packed brownie of a morning with greek yogurt and honey. Delicious! My main services I offer online, so I'll be your online coach. Through the internet you'll get personalised training programs as well as nutritional plans and additional support. It really depends on what you want, If you're happy with your own training and just want support with your diet, then I can offer that and vice versa. Whether it be muscle gain or fat loss I'll help you get there! If you aren't looking for a customized plan then I also offer generic training programs and diet plans/advice. I currently hold Level 3 Personal Training, Level 5 Advanced nutrition for sport and exercise, Level 5 Nutritional Therapy.
