Personal Trainers

Training with Sam was truly amazing. He listened to my goals and planned a well suited program to help me achieve them. I had never been one to enjoy working out but I now am looking forward to my sessions! Sam is excellent at explaining and adjusting forms and very big on safety while exercising which is crucial especially when starting from scratch! Q&As

During the client consultation I will collect as much relevant information as possible about my client to help me make an informed decision about what to include in training sessions for this client. All clients are different and will get training sessions tailored to their specific goals and lifestyle. My sessions are also adaptable and will change and improve as I learn more about the client and their needs!

Put in the work whilst no one is watching! Consistency and Nutrition! To achieve long-term fitness goals is challenging! I would never lie to my client's and say that achieving your goals is 'easy with my help', its not. What I can do is help you implement regular training sessions and good habits into your lifestyle. Consistency is vital if you want to achieve your goals. You may only have 1 or 2 hours with a PT during the week, the rest of the week it's up to you to complete extra training sessions, stick to your nutritional goals and get those steps in! I offer 24/7 support with my training programs but it'll be you who puts in the work whilst I'm not watching! Thats what will get you results!

I have made so much progress achieving my fitness goals during the 5 years I have been training. I now believe I have the knowledge and expertise to help others achieve this too! One of the best ways to track progress is to take pictures at the start of a training program, then look back in a few months time at the progress you have made. This can be a very proud moment when you can physically see the changes you have made to your body over a period of time. I have achieved big changes in my own physique from training and as I start my busines I can't wait to see my clients make progress themselves! This will make me very proud!

When I went to Loughborough University to study Social Psychology in 2017 I wasn't sure at all which career I would pursue after University. All I knew is that I wanted to start training at the gym once I got there. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. I fell in love with the process of training and started learning all I could about training techniques and nutrition. There was a lot to learn and I'll continue learning about training and nutrition throughout my Personal training career! By the end of my third year I decided that I was going to try and pursue a career in this field and I've always wanted to run my own business so being a Personal trainer felt like the perfect fit for me!

Everyone is different and everyone responds to different training methods. This is why all of my training programs and sessions are tailor made to a client's specific goals and abilities. Your sessions will be relevant to the short, medium and long-term goals established in your consultation. These sessions will change every week, teaching you new exercises and nutrition tips that will help you become self-sufficient in your Fitness journey. My goal is to teach you as much as I can about fitness and nutrition so that you feel empowered to train effectively even when your training without me!

Online coaching is also available with a with a training program and weekly 1 on 1 meetings to check on your progress. The main service I provide is 1 on 1 personal training from the Phit Academy gym in Aston, group sessions are also available. Mobile PT sessions are also available if you want me to come to you!

All our equipment is cleaned regularly and I take pride in keeping this equipment clean and in good working order. I'm very aware of the increased rates of Covid transmission so I would encourage clients to notify me if they become symptomatic and get tested as soon as possible. The same applies to me and all my clients will be notified if I start having symptoms. I have also been fully vaccinated.

Free phone call consultstion where I can answer any questions you may have about my services, prices and arranging our Introductory session together. I will also ask you questions about your current goals, lifestyle and exercise habits so I can create an exercise session tailored to your needs.

Our first session together for £25 per hour, an Introductory exercise session allowing us to get to know each other, focus on exercise technique and training safely using my equipment. This will give us a good idea of what I can iclude in future sessions and exercise programs for you! All sessions are Mobile Personal Training sessions using my own equipment in an environment of your choice such as your garden, living room or a local park.

A 1 hour Personal Training Session tailored to your goals for £35! After our Consultation and Introductory session I'll have all the information I need to plan an effective training session for you! These sessions can be provided as frequently as you want. All sessions are Mobile Personal Training sessions using my own equipment in an environment of your choice such as your garden, living room or a local park.

I'm offering 10 1 hour Personal training sessions for £300, I'll also include a training program to give you exercise sessions you can carry out on your own to maximize the progress you can make with me! 24/7 Support available with my training programs. You can structure the 10 sessions in any way you like and the training program will cover the duration of the 10 sessions. All sessions are Mobile Personal Training sessions.
