Gerina was a great PT - well organised and trained to a high standard. She always had a number of exercises for each session, explained their benefits and ensured my technique/form was correct.
She pushed me where I needed it but also listened if I was struggling or feeling uncomfortable.
I managed to achieve a lot of progress whilst working with Gerina - unlike some PT’s she took my measurements and pictures before and after certain milestones, so that the progress was visible. She also provided advice in terms of meals, and an exercise plan if she was ever away on holiday etc.
Generally Gerina is a positive and bubbly and down to earth person. She will keep you motivated throughout the session, even if you want to give up and just lay on the floor.
I would definitely recommend Gerina if you want to get in to or back in to fitness. She will do a great job for you!

Gerina is a really friendly, smart and creative trainer who pushes you further than you think you can go. I told her my body goals and she would show me work outs that targeted exactly what I wanted to work on in a variety of ways.
You can really tell that she loves what she does, which adds to the fun and to your motivation and made it easier for me to push myself towards results.
I got sooooo many compliments when I went on holiday this summer about how tight and toned my body was, and how lifted and round my butt was - I was gaaaaassed! I felt so sexy and I couldn't have done ANY of it without her expertise.
100% recommend booking some sessions with her, if you're just thinking about it - shut up and do it, you won't regret it.

I trained with Gerina, over 2-3 month period. I lost just over 10kg with her, lowered my body fat and built some muscle.
The most important thing for me was the Gerina helped me build up a routine. Which in return helped me train by my self too which also motivated me to eat healthy.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By listening to their goals and specifications and adapting a workout routine around that. After session support is important to me with my clients and I regular will check in when your not training and send you random tips and meal ideas.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Visualising it first! That's the first step, once that's done then the work begins and you have to comit, be patient and believe.
Consistency is king, hear me out! With correct exercise and eating habits performed on a regular basis it is scientifically proven for a human being to not suffer from any form of obesity unless medically exempt.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people on their journey and getting to experience some real life changes happen in front on my eyes. I genuinely like to see when a client is happy with their results, it a refreshing to see and motivates me more.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always had a passion for sport and dance and being good at the two I developed a passion for fitness through that, also being inspired by a friend. I took the course and fell in love with the process.

I am an honest and caring personal trainer. I care about my clients needs and goals and put all I can into making them reach their target. I work alongside my clients when I see they are getting tired for extra motivation and to push you more. The journey won't be easy, but you'll have fun with me along the way!

Yes! Online training is becoming a lot more popular, and people are still seeing some amazing results! If you can’t get to a gym - Zoom / virtual training is a fab idea. If you can and know you can push yourself and just need some guudance - then a custom program would suit you.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Wearing mask during training sessions, limiting contact with clients and ensuring equipment is wiped before and after use.

This 4 week program is designed to help you kick start your fitness jouney, and be the start of a physically and mentally rewarding process.
You will be given all the tools you need, you just need to apply them and be consistent.
A plan will be tailored for you (both meal - if needed, and a workout plan) Weekly calls / brief check ins to keep you motivated, see how you have got on and help you get back on track with all your goals. You can request up to 7 sessions per week on days to suit.

Then ZOOM sessions are a great option! You don’t need equipment, you can start with your own bodyweight and over the weeks you can get light dumbells, resistance bands, mat etc to add variety and intensity to your sessions.
