I'm really stuggling with motivation, I want to get out of this rut. I have been battling with PCOS, infertilty and drepression for over 5 years . I have start a new diet/life style change, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, alcohol almost completely free and coffee (struggling with that one...lol) however been told it what chossing the adreline issue that spike my blood glucose. The PCOS protocol I have been following suggested 30 min walking a day, which I used to do everyday but it slowed to maybe three times a week. Claire want us to do strength trainig three times a week and HIIT once. I however i'm finding it hard to motiviated myself to get out of bed hard. I feel its all in my head but I can't stop self sabotage.
