Tricky one! I have two. I love the people I work with, most of my clients become friends of mine and that's what I like, we get to talk about our lives whilst working out! The second is changing the way people feel about themselves. It's the most rewarding feeling seeing someone who could never wear anything tight or struggled to leave their house because they lacked the confidence to do so.
