I highly recommend Andy, I’ve been training with him for the last 3 months and I’ve been seeing big improvements in my appearance already!
Andy’s been teaching my loads of new exercise’s that have been hitting muscles I didn’t even know I have and helping me throughout the 3 months with my nutrition.
I never feel like I’m dragging my feet to go and workout with Andy because he makes every session a good laugh and makes use of the great variety of equipment he has.
At the end of every session Andy makes you feel like you’ve accomplished a good workout at the end.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals by taking a person centered approach to coaching. I firmly believe each client is an individual and should be treated as such and in turn every fitness plan, dietary requirement or personal training session should be unique to each individual client.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams, it requires hard work, discipline and a sustainable approach, combined with the celebration of your achievements every step of the way.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people at every stage in their journey and seeing clients transform their life's.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to help clients reach their goals without being confined or limited to any other company approach.

I offer a full online training option for those clients that are unable to train face to face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work in a private environment so that there is little to no contact with any other client. All fitness equipment is wiped and cleaned between clients at all times.
