I was apprehensive about changing from online coaching with another coach to Ryan’s PT programming and I can definitely say it was the best decisioen. Ryan has been an amazing coach, I previously had very little experience around dieting and the correct exercises to follow in order to achieve the results I was looking for. Just after a month I could already start seeing noticeable results. Ryan took the time to personalise a diet plan around my lifestyle, and talked me through how you can still lose weight by not completely cutting out alcohol, or unhealthy snacks which I found a lot of online diets suggesting. Keeping up with exercising whilst being in lockdown has been challenging, Ryan put together a home workout plan based on the equipment I have and talked through how to do each exercise, keeping me motivated and working towards my targets. What do you love most about your job?
I get to work with motivated individuals who want to improve themselves and their lifestyles.
I can meet anyone and everyone, and every person is different.
Everybody has a different goal, everyone has a different reason for wanting to achieve those goals.
When clients are successful it gives me immense pride to see them succeed and see how happy they are that they have achieved their goals, and that I have had the pleasure of helping those people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the years I have helped to train several individuals alongside my full time job of being a gym manager and developing a team of Personal Trainers. During Lockdown 1 in the UK I started to lay foundations to help people maintain their physical fitness and mental health during a tough period we were about to enter.
As the time went on I enjoyed helping people specifically with their goals and how to get the best out their exercise.
I created a community of people to help build their confidence and keep them motivated to stay healthy, writing e-books, creating community groups and delivering daily value through social media and email.
When it was time to get back to my job I decided that it wasn't for me anymore.
I really enjoyed helping individuals with their own specific struggles and wanted to continue doing so after lockdown 2 and 3.
I officially started as a self employed company and now focus all my energy on helping individuals that want to achieve goals they set themselves, providing value, education and professionalism and a good quality service.
