I currently have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Sports Science and I'm in the process of completing my Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. I believe education and motivation are the key to achieving fitness goals. I enjoy learning new concepts while also teaching others about health, fitness and wellness and this is a big part of what I have to offer to all clients. With each program I perscribe, there is an explaination as to why I design it in that way and when clients understand the reasoning behind each aspect, they are more likely achieve their goals. Motivation also plays a huge role, therefore I try and make all programs as enjoyable as possible because exercise should not feel like a task that must be done, it should be something to look forward to and something that makes your feel great.
Having a routine that you enjoy. Fitness is a journey not a race, and having balance is what makes it enjoyable. Having both nutrition and a exercise routine will show you results and help you achieve your goals. The biggest hurdle I found was finding this balance and I now want to help others achieve this.
I love the feeling of making a difference in someone’s life and helping them achieve their goals. I do this by working together to find the perfect routine and what is suitable for each individual client.
A few years ago when I was starting my own fitness journey I seeked help from multiple personal trainers at different points.
