How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By focussing on building sustainable approaches to anything from weight loss to performance goals, creating a lifestyle that my clients will enjoy but will also deliver them the results they seek.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to work with a variety of people, see them improve and ultimately succeed, whilst potentially changing their lives for the better, forever!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in the hospitality industry, I never felt I was having a positive impact on people. Moving into the fitness industry, I originally worked for a large group exercise chain, but felt constricted by its values and methods (which combatted some of my own). By moving into personal training, I was able to learn more, which enabled me to deliver more to my clients, and be more creative in how I did it.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will never tell you to restrict or cut something out that you enjoy, instead I will help you fit training and lifestyle adjustment into how you want to live, and aim for sustainability over quick fixes.
