Extremely important! You can exercise and get results, but if the diet side of things doesn't change, then you won't get the best results that you want.

We need to get to know you to understand what you need! We are not a one trick pony and one size does not fit all. 46 year old Sally who's a shift worker is going to have very different considerations to 28 year old David who works as a software engineer! This is why we have a consultation with every client who comes through our doors to make sure we are a good fit for them, and they are a good fit for us.
