How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Discuss client needs, expectations and limitations. Formulate a plan together, sets some time based goals to achieve every month. Walk them through the challenges they will face week by week. Measure their progress against themselves. Make changes if necessary then repeat.

Yes. We can offer training via zoom. We also have an app where clients can down load their customised program and train on their own.

Suitable for beginners, persons who have a long absence from fitness training, or someone wanting to train around existing injuries/limitations.
