There are unfortunatley no secrets …. Consistency is key!

What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to pass on the knowledge I have learnt myself since I started training - I’m a people person and love to help others so what better way to do this :)

Currently training outdoors at Prince Alfred Park - Surry Hills, all equipment provided and sanitized each session
