Coming from years of amateur boxing, I quickly realised that Jordan knows his stuff - particularly with boxing drills and pad work. He’s perfected the balance between pushing you further than you think you can go at every session, and knowing when the hard yards have been put in. It’s a rare balance. He’s always been personally invested in my success and you can tell that there’s thought put into each of the drills. I am 88 years old and Don, my husband, is 82.
We've been training three times a week with Deig for 2 years now and will continue for as long as we can.
Results are significant; I have become stronger and Don, who has Parkinson's disease, stronger and more flexible.
We find Deig to be caring, helpful, intelligent and a first class P.T.
A word of warning though: if you admit that an exercise is too easy you may regret it – but you will cope, I promise, and reap the benefit. Another warning: if you need to count reps, do it yourself because his counting is a trifle erratic.
