I love getting transformation results out of people because I get to see not just the physical changes in people but the mental change, the confidence, increased self esteem and seeing them become happier makes me happy that I made a difference to their lives. I’ve gained over 20kg of muscle since I started from when I used to be very skinny. I’ve also been overweight previously too where I was at 117kg then lost 25kg. If you checkout the photos I have uploaded you’ll see that I’ve helped clients pack on muscle and lose large amounts of body fat too. I’m a natural bodybuilding champion and powerlifter too so if you want to gain muscle, lose fat or get strong they’re my specialties. As well as that I’m an exercise and sports scientist so I am great with rehabilitation work if required too.
