Coach Gab was really help and supportive, he would make sure to always motivate you to keep hitting your targets and try your best in the workouts. The app was also a great experience, really enjoyed using it as it was a convenient and simple way of tracking my workouts and staying in contact with coach Gab if I had any questions about any of the exercises.
