I tried out Tays 2 week free trial and it was really good! The workouts were super fun and I really enjoyed it. But I decided to stop there because I thought it’s a bit pricey for me as a student. However, I was later convinced that I should be investing in things that will make me a better person and help me grow. And so I continued! I do not regret it, I’ve learned a lot. She’s such a nice person and was able to adjust the prices and the program a bit to fit my situation. I guess my main take away from this was that she really helped me get into the mindset of making it a lifestyle. Prior to taking her training I was limiting myself to 1000 calories to help me lose weight. And I was scared to eat food sometimes. But after this program I feel like I’m at a much better place mindset wise, especially with my relationship with food. I now understand that I can still lose weight while not starving. I also saw some really good progress with my upper body! Which was something I needed help in training. Highly recommend her!!
