Sam is knowledgeable and experienced. He is endlessly calm, patient, and encouraging.
I have surprised myself by being caught up in the occasional Instagram fad (Copenhagen plank anyone? !) and Sam has very kindly indulged me by adding to my program and teaching me properly.
As a client I appreciate that Sam is attentive to every rep and works with reason using measured progression.
I injured my shoulder some months ago and after a terrible appointment with a medical professional Sam helped me enormously by being encouraging and making programs that have kept me moving.
I now train three times a week with Sam and I recommend him without reservation.

Sam is the best PT I've ever had, period. He's responsive to your goals, good at pushing you (without being annoying) both in reps and range of excercises, and best of all just a really good teacher. Even when I'm working out alone, I'll run through the two or three different tips he has for each exercise in my head and my form drastically will improve.

I switched to Club Lime to stay training with Sam and for what it's worth, I think it's the cheapest, best lit, quietest gym in the area.

A healthy diet is a fundamental part of people achieving their goals, whether it be fat loss, building muscle, or simply getting healthier and feeling better. As a qualified Nutrition coach this is an area I love to help clients with in order to fast track and maximise their results.

After an in depth consultation I work WITH the client to put together a specific plan for their goals, taking into account where they’re currently at and what’s doable for them. I provide structured training programs, nutrition coaching and ongoing education and support to empower clients for long term success.

Seeing people achieve more than they initially believe they can, and breaking past previous self limiting beliefs. And through the process watching people become more confident, capable, and stronger versions of them self.

I used to compete in Muay Thai, and experienced first hand the positive effect a great coach can have on your life. I also found out first hand the benefits both physically and mentally that good exercise and nutrition can have on your life, not just inside the gym.

There’s a lot of misinformation and conflicting ideas out there in the fitness world. And unfortunately this results in many people feeling lost, disempowered, and frustrated with not achieving results. I pride myself on providing an evidence and results based approach, and cutting through all the BS that’s out there providing clients a roadmap to success.

Yes, I provide both online training and/ or nutrition coaching. I have clients who live in various parts of Australia and deliver a personal 1:1 coaching service that provides tailored training and nutrition coaching and ongoing education and support.

Services

I provide a completely individualised training service for clients, helping them to get stronger, fitter, improve their mobility and move better, and achieve their physical and performance related goals.

I provide a fully customised training program for clients which is delivered through a state of the art smart phone app, enabling you to track progress and have clear guidance on days you're not with me in person.

As a qualified MNU Nutritionist I am able to help clients with their nutrition in order to maximise their results and health.

This includes goals of fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or simply to improve general health and energy.

I use a variety of approaches depending on the individual client, their situation and their goals.

My goal is to educate clients, and empower them with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to not only achieve great results, but be able to maintain them long term and build lifelong habits.
