How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

By listening to what they want to achieve and then designing a program specifically for them. I review their progress on a regular basis and work with clients to make any adjustments as necessary to ensure progress is being made and not remaining stagnant. I keep in regular contact with my clients and provide guidance and motivation beyond the exercise sessions, this has proved invaluable.

Having a PT is not just about regular exercise, it is a trusting relationship designed to help you both work together to move towards your goal.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping others to make a positive difference to their lives and the way they perceive their lives is what drives me. Enabling people to become someone new, to be confident and positive, to believe in themselves and their ability. I love to show people what they are capable of, sometimes we all just need someone to guide us and show us how strong and capable we are.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to make a difference and help others make positive changes in their lives.

Yes I can provide sessions remotely via video (Zoom, Whatsapp etc), however I prefer to meet with my clients regularly face to face to ensure I am able to connect with them and really understand where they are on their journey.
