I enjoyed working with Jacob. For someone like me who was a beginner at the gym it’s very intimidating especially when going alone.
I booked session on with Jacob because he was the most approachable pt. very friendly and always seemed happy to be there and happy to help. His sessions? Brilliant. Seemed planned out and he works with you through it. He will push you but not pressure you. I don’t think I left a single session feeling like I could have done more. I gained a lot of confidence knowing what I could do how much I could do and I suprized myself thanks to him. 100% do recommend.

Look at each clients as individuals, everyone has they're own goals, needs, experiences and abilities and ensuring that all of that is catered to achieving their goals. Whatever the goal is, we will achieve it together.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience, determination, strong will power.
The knowledge that it won't happen overnight, it will take time but it is achievable if you stick to the plan.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to achieve their body and/or fitness goals. The ability to give people the confidence to achieve their goals, seeing the sense of pride when it has been done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Fitness has been my passion from an early age, always been a main focus of mine to keep myself fit and learn along the way. And through that I found a passion of helping other people achieve their goals being very rewarding.

From working in several different fitness environments, learning from these venues and also the fitness professionals I have worked with and encountered. The varied clientele i have helped achieved their goals has given me a vast knowledge on everyone's individuals needs.

I have access to a Private gym in Swindon in which we can use or i can come to your house and bring equipment.
I also provide online coaching.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All kit that is used will be cleaned before and after sessions to ensure the safety of everyone, clean fresh air is essential too.
I will adhere to the government guidelines of social distancing and the wearing of PPE if necessary.
