FATOU was amazing!!!! She really helped me in 2016-2017 to get into the best shape of my life. So much so writing this review has made me I need her back in my life now.

I started my fitness journey with Fatou in summer 2017. We started with a plan and she guided me and taught me the foundations of fitness and supported me throughout the 3/4 months. Fatou formed my diet plan and weekly exercise routine and monitored my progress weekly to keep me motivated. I made very quick progress and due to her hard work, enthusiasm and and passion for seeing results I was able to drop 15kg in 3/4 months for my wedding.
Fatou is really professional and likes to motivate and believes in achieving fitness goals to be strong. Through her constant supervision, I found myself more confident, strong and active than ever before. After 6 years. I still apply all the advice and guidance she gave me. I am looking to start my journey with her again to regain that focus after having a baby.

I would highly recommend Fatou, if you want to see results and progress. She is dedicated to tailoring a plan that works for you and will help you achieve your fitness goals.

The best PT I’ve ever had. I did an intense 4 weeks, 4 sessions a week just before my wedding. The difference was amazing. I had toned up, my fitness levels increased.

Working with Fa2Fitness helped me understand my body in terms of strength and weak areas. More so, I was able to identify which types of exercise I needed to do on which muscle group areas. My goal was to build my glute muscles whilst staying toned. Fatou helped me to continue to achieve that. As she listened and understood what I wanted to achieve , held me accountable and introduced me to new ways of training and more importantly my diet, which is equally important to staying fit and healthy.
Overall, Fa2Fitness has a unique way of training her clients to get them to achieve their desired results.

Fatou was the first and only personal trainer I’ve had. Her approach and energy to fitness is incredible. She is knowledgable but continues to learn about new techniques and approaches that Will help her clients. My biggest takeaway from Fatou has been the confidence in using weights in my fitness journey which I continue to do today. Using weights had helped me improve my running, my personal confidence and my all round fitness. I was sad when she moved away as she’s the best there is. I was new at the Gym that Fatou was a personal trainer in... I barely knew her at the time , I was desperate to lose weight and look good and was in the gym every day practically sweating it out on the treadmill and other cardio machines with little or no change to my weight or measurements.
One day as I was walking on an incline on the treadmill, a gorgeous trainer came up to me , stopped my treadmill and took me by my hand to the free weights and resistance training section and said ...this area will change you and your body composition.
She not only introduced me to every machine, dumbell and kettle bell but showed me the right form too!
Fatou gave me a better understanding of nutrition and supplements which made my weight loss even easier.
All these points from someone I didn't even know personally can only come from a person who is passionate about fitness and makes your journey hers and keeps you motivated throughout the process.
Although she is no longer my trainer but we are still the best of friends and I cannot recommend her more than I already have....Keep up the good work gurl ❤️

I loved the last6 week challenge with Fatou, it certainly was a challenge! but she made it fun, and shows you different levels of each exercise, depending on your body and fitness levels, which was great for me as I’d not done anything like this before!
She offers support and encouragement all the way, including food & nutrition advice 🙌🏼
She starts by building up your core, ensuring your form along the way to prevent any injuries, she is super and I highly recommend her 💯
I went from panting and sweating on the warm up, to building core strength and actually doing a plank for longer than I’ve ever done!

Fatou has been my trainer for nearly a year now, her workouts are the best. Being ex-military I thought I was fit and been trained by the best, I was wrong. Fatou is not the type of trainer that just goes through the motions, Fatou makes me push myself, ensuring that I get the best out of every workout. The start of my journey to lose weight and get fit started with the support and guidance by Fatou, she pushed and pushed me each week to limits so didn’t think I was capable off and I was making progress and changes each week and stuck to the guidance she gave, followed the diet plan and in total dropped 2. 5 stone. Fatou is the most amazing and admirable person I have ever met. She has helped me through a tough time when I had no confidence in myself and I discovered my love for power lifting. She had empowered me to be comfortable in the weight training section and made me feel unstoppable.

Her knowledge has no limit and she consistently helped me achieve my goals. I love my food and she taught me how to eat nutritional food to help heal and improve my mind and my body. I met Fatou when she was working at Buzz gym in Slough and I even went for PT sessions in Oxford and Swindon with my twin sister Meenu. I dedicated my time to Fatou as her work outs are the best to allow muscle growth and reduce body fat. As well has overall body performance to feel the best version of yourself.
