How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I provide my clients with a personalized program that best suits their goals, needs, and limitations. My experience as a personal trainer and schooling background allows me to know how to properly balance a workout and push a client in order to achieve their goals. Clients get great results with me because I don't push people beyond their limits. As a good trainer I push people to the point where they should be pushed without crossing the line into something that could cause injury. This level of intensity allows a client to continue to workout and see results.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency is the key to getting the body of your dreams. The Law of Adaptation states that your body adapts to whatever stress is being applied. You need to consistently push yourself beyond what you have previously been doing in order to progress. Modifying your program and consistently continuing to increase the intensity of a workout will get you the body of your dreams.

What do you love most about your job?

Watching somebody enjoy fitness is what I love most about my job. Of course, the obvious answer is that helping people is great, but watching somebody enjoy fitness for maybe to first time in their lives is the best part about my job. Finishing an exercise then having somebody look in the mirror at themselves and like what they are seeing is why I do what I do, and of course all the the health benefits are great.

What inspired you to start your own business?

To be able to give the most personalized experience to my clients.

Why should our clients choose you?

You should chose me as your trainer because my rates are reasonable for having a private studio. I have my Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science along with being a Certified Personal Trainer. I am good and making programs and being able to properly push my clients, and we will have fun!
