Absolutely lovely gym. So clean and well organised. Even has a homely little chill area for if your kids need somewhere to go while your in a class! Loved my first class there and may even try the personal training sessions 👍💪👌😃 More...

Fantastic!! A fun way to get fit that really works. Sophie and James are great and work with you to your own ability. If you want to feel the burn the next day and know something is working then I would definitely recommend these classes!

One size does not fit all and that's where we come in. We are committed to understanding each and everyone one of our clients and then planning to suit them with added motivation along the way. Pinnacle Performance is a fitness studio designed for those who want do their best but sometimes can’t.

After years of working on the gym floor of some of the biggest commercial gyms in the UK, we witnessed people time after time not fulfilling their full capability, not out of willingness but more out of fear, lack of knowledge, lack of confidence and overall general life commitments.

At Pinnacle Performance, we will give you the tools to thrive and empower those who say they can’t, by creating a safe space to train without pressure or judgement and the knowledge and confidence to achieve your goals.

Our membership offers both digital and in-studio fitness classes & programming with the best support from our experienced trainers aimed at helping you achieve your fitness goals. Discover all of our studio’s offerings below.

- A 1 metre distance must be maintained between you and others from different households at all times. Observe all space markings set out by instructors, no physical greetings of any kind
- Disinfect equipment with wipes before and after each use on all touched surfaces and/or equipment.
- You may be required to wear disposable gloves when handling shared equipment.
- A maximum number of customers may be permitted to access our services at any one time (currently max of 30)
- Be Flexible. Adhere to new guidelines as they emerge, as this issue is ongoing and evolving.

8 or 12 week personal training program focusing on fat loss, weight training or fitness (or all the above) with 1 of our experienced Trainers.
