Well i am university student and i usually studying longer period of time and i was suffering from Neck and Back problem all the time finally my Uncle recommended to start training session with Shihab (PT). I had not exercised in many years and will admit that I do not particularly like exercising but the time spent working with Shihab has been fantastic. My fitness levels have improved dramatically and the back & neck pain I had been experiencing is totally gone.
Shihab got fantastic Fully Body Assisted Stretching Technique and Its really being miracle for my body...bless him. The work we do each session is always varied and challenging, which makes it enjoyable, and I am often looking forward to that hour at the end of the day. Shihab is a great motivator, professional and fun. I have lost a total of 68cm since I started training with him.
