I can't fault Hagger Fitness, working with Hector has been so rewarding. Everything we do is well organised, clearly thought out and stretching.

Sessions are bespoke, varied and challenging but in the best possible way. I receive plenty of encouragement, advise and support (both in the gym and by regular WhatsApp messages with useful videos, links etc.). Beyond that I have seen tangible progress in just a few month that I would never have expected at the outset.

I have noticed significant changes in my physique, weight, fitness/stamina as well as mental wellbeing as a result of regular sessions.

As I said I genuinely couldn't rate Hagger Fitness any higher, it has been the best use of my time/money that I can remember - it's an investment in your own health and happiness that you will not regret.

Personal Trainers

I started my trainings a month ago with Hector and I wish I started them earlier!
Our sessions are fun, never boring and Hector is highly professional, building up my trainings with a great variety of excercise and skills.
We usually train outdoors but he ensures to bring all kinds of equippments with him to make my training the most effective.

He has a highly motivating, cheerful approach and his enthusiasm is high above when he pushes your limits.

I can recommend him to anyone who is at the beginning of their journey for a healthier life style.

I'm Elaine, I never went to the gym and it was a big challenge for me.
I decided to train because I was in pain all over my body, literally from head to toe and Héctor was amazing in his training routine. He was extremely careful and I am grateful for that. After three months of training I don't feel the pain anymore, I feel really happy with myself. Héctor is charismatic, attentive and for me they are great qualities that add up to a great professional.
I fully recommend Héctor.

Hector is a fantastic and fun personal trainer! He works hard to push my limits with a great balance of push and encouragement, leaving me with that feeling of "I just conquered that workout! ", would definitely recommend him. Above all, I'm especially impressed with his knowledge of nutritional advice, but more so with his attention to technique used to perform each workout, which has aided me in performing so many workouts that I would struggle with in the past, and his ability to tailor workouts to my needs and goals. I ensure all clients achieve their goals by providing a full consultation and a tailored workout plan and meal plan. I challenge all clients to achieve their goal and but we doing will do this together.
All I need is your commitment, drive & focus to each session and I will do the rest. With my continuous motivation, coaching and support by face to face and by my fitness mobile application. Your progress shall be tracked and there will be continuous appraisals to ensure we are on track.

I think the secret to getting the body of your dreams is commitment, drive and focus. And I will plan to rest to ensure your achievement.
Also, a good diet is essential and sometimes overlooked. I understand this journey may require some hard habit changes but I am here to support you. The great thing is once you change your habits, maintain your healthy lifestyle becomes easier.

I love helping people achieve their goal. Seeing someone grow and gain confidence within themselves makes me happy. I have seen what fitness has done for me both on a fitness and mindset level and love to pass this on to you.
