Liz has to be the best personal trainer I have had the pleasure to train with. Her friendly approach really does put you at ease. Liz also assisted me with my diet and knew when to adjust my plan to help me to achieve over and beyond my personal goals.

Aliz is one of a kind. I've had the privilege of training with her over the course of 6 months and I saw results within a few weeks. I have two bum shoulders and she modified my workouts to avoid re-injury. She varies each session so I was never bored and always managed to get the best out of you. She strikes the right balance of pushing (she can tell when you're coasting) and motivating you to go beyond your comfort zone. Even in group settings she knows how to tailor each exercise so that everyone in the class is engaged and having a good time. If you want to succeed, you need to set goals. Without goals you lack focus and direction. Goal setting not only allows you to take control of your life's direction; it also provides you a benchmark for determining whether you are actually succeeding.
I help you with your goal setting, to put together an action plan when it comes to training and nutrition, I help you with motivation and encouragement even on those days when the last thing you want to do is to train. I will be your cheer leader!

Consistency, Intensity, Progressive overload and Patience.

I love the interaction with my clients. I love seeing them becoming more and more comfortable with their bodies, I love seeing the happiness on their faces when they succeed to do 2 reps more than what they did the previous week. I love that they leave my place with lots of endorphins and are ready to what comes next!

I like to be my own boss and live a balanced life.

My biggest strength as a personal trainer and as an individual is to motivate, inspire and make people happy around me. Changing your body is not an easy process. It's a lifestyle change.
