About

I have a career history which spans personal training with general populations through to training Sir Lewis Hamilton for the 2010 F1 season during my 12 years at McLaren. This experience, coupled with my extensive education and professional training, allows me to better understand you, your goals, any injury or health concerns you may have, and how best to move you forwards to your goals.

I know from experience that it is difficult for people to make sustainable changes to their physical health, wellbeing, and performance. I have a holistic approach which looks to understand you as an individual, your goals and objectives, but also the pitfalls and challenges that your daily life throws up at you.

I will provide you with fun, interesting, and effective personal training sessions, but I will also help you work on those everyday choices and behaviours which may sabotage your progress.

Consistently choosing to live the lifestyle (exercise, food and drink, and recovery) every day.

We all have the ability to do this but sometimes you need a helping hand to keep you focused and on track.

I enjoy working with people and helping them to take control of this aspect of their lives. For many, when they learn to control their health and fitness it gives them the confidence to take control of other aspects of their lives.

Yes I can.

My preference is to work in person with a client but it is possible to have great training sessions online as well.

I take regular lateral flow tests to ensure that I am free of Covid. The facilities that I train people in have an extremely low footfall so it is easy to maintain hygiene and cleanliness of all the equipment used. I can also train clients outside if they prefer.

Services

I offer Personal Training sessions out of fitness studios based in Mayford, Knaphill, and Chobham. I can also provide online training services or am happy to travel to you should you have a home gym.

Sessions will be structured towards your specific goals and tailored to take account of any existing medical / injury history.

Sessions are typically 60 mins in duration but can be longer or shorter (minimum session length 30 mins).

These coaching sessions are conversation based and enable you to discuss and strategise your health, wellness, and performance goals.

Between us, we will establish what habits and behaviours need to change and how best you will be able to implement them.

It is more than likely that you will explore the psychological blocks which may have caused you to self sabotage and fall back into bad habits in the past.

The breadth of content can include detailed goal setting, diet and nutrition analysis, sleep patterns, stress management, emotional responses, and much more.
