Personal Trainers

Kristina is a brilliant personal trainer! This is the first time I've ever worked with a PT and not only has she made going the gym enjoyable, but she's given me such confidence that I would never have felt on my own. After 2/3 months I'm already seeing a huge difference to my shape, stamina and strength. I'm really grateful to Kristina for pushing me to better my strength or reach a new personal best each session (despite my protests sometimes!)
And on a side note, she's super friendly too and makes going to the gym a really nice experience. It really goes to show the difference a good PT can make.

Kristina is an absolutely amazing PT. She has really helped me gain confidence in the gym, and I have already seen progress in the short time I have been working with her. Personal Trainers

Kristina was amazingly supportive with weekly check ins and always able to answer my queries whatever time of the day. She gave me the confidence boost I needed to get back into the gym and knew exactly what she was talking about. After being out of the gym for 2 years (Covid life), I signed myself up for sessions with Kristina. I had never had a PT before, and previously mostly done cardio.
My main goals were to consistently work out, become more confident in the gym, push myself with using different equipment and get strong.
Kristina has made all these things possible! I no-longer repeat the same work outs over and over, find myself skipping sessions and not seeing any significant progress.
Kristina tracks all my stats for me, keeps me on target for my goals, whilst motivating me and pushing me further each session.
The focus on technique has been second to none, and the knowledge I have gained means my solo work outs have also seen such an improvement.
Kristina is honestly a brilliant coach and an amazing person, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I started Online Coaching with Kristina after trying countless apps and crash diets which never showed results. She created a meal plan and training plan which suited my individual needs and in our weekly catch-ups tailored them to what I needed, even when having to isolate she created a home workout for the week.

I cannot recommend and thank Kristina enough, the plans worked and I saw changes which motivated me to carry on. She is always there for motivation and a coach who listens at all times to keep you on track. If your ready to start seeing changes Kristina is definitely the person to have support you and guide you along the way !

Well I have only been with Kristina just over 2 months and I can honestly say she's one of the best, the confidence I have gotten in the gym since the day I started with her to now is unbelievable . She answers any random questions I have day or night, she is available 24/7 and I honestly don't think any PT would go to the lengths she goes to just so she can help you achieve every goal you have. What can I say about working with Kristina, I started training with her over zoom 18 months ago during the 1st lockdown and have continued and will continue been trained by her. Kristina gets results pushes you in the right direction to achieve your goals, also dose meal plans which are great. Not only this kristina has become a great friend and recently as I live in Wales I went down and done 3 days of in person personal training with her and I can definatly say I have been pushed. Since I have been training with Kristina I feel stronger and better than ever before. I have been training with Kristina for nearly 2 years as I write this and Kristina has been the most supportive person every step of my journey. She is kind, enthusiastic and patient, encouraging me to be brave and try new things (I started as a complete beginner). She has never yelled at me, and I have felt able to ask her advice continuously through my training journey. She offers me so much praise and encouragement which feels genuine. She offers me several tailored workouts, focusing on areas I want to train, as well as a meal plan. She regularly checks in and asks me about my training, and how I am. I met Kristina in April this year. I needed a PT to help me work harder and to make sure my form was correct when working out. Kristina was the breath of fresh air I needed. She knows how to train women correctly in order to develop muscle exactly where we want it. My shape has completely changed, I am feeling so confident and this is all down to Kristinas knowledge. She has the best sense of humour. Our sessions are always full of laughs and I enjoy them so much.
She is hands down the best investment ever.

Working with Kristina has been great for my fitness and attitude towards a healthy lifestyle. I’ve seen sustained weight loss results over the months I’ve been working with her and the weekly check ins, workout plan and meal plans have been so valuable.
