Couldn't have found a better trainer. I'm absolutely thrilled to have met Mariam.

From our first consultation, Mariam listened intently and understood my performance goals. She constantly observes throughout and finds ways to correct posture and build core stability to ensure the best, possible form.

No two sessions are the same. Mariam's inventive accessory exercises allow us to target sticking points so when we come back to the big lifts, the progress is significant and comes with ease.

I look forward to each and every session.

I honestly can’t recommend Mariam enough. I’ve been training with her for a few years now. It started off with building my strength, agility and all round fitness for when I’m on court playing tennis as I need to be at the best of my game, especially in matches.

She helped me to recover from an injury and also build my confidence in the gym using a range of equipment. I feel like I’ve not only seen so much progress on and off court but I’ve grown as a person with a stronger mindset.

We’ve also touched a lot on nutrition, which has been key to training and recovery.

Mariam will help you to be the best version of yourself. Whether it be to build muscle, lose weight or whatever your goals are. She will get you there so get in touch with her!!

I help my clients by constantly attenuating a program to meet their fitness goals and utilising the concept of progressive overload - whereby adapting volume and intensity to help my clients see real progress - I also believe in scaling back on this concept when a client is feeling particularly tired, stressed, unwell, overworked or experiencing dips in their menstrual cycle.

Everyone has their own idea of what the 'body of their dreams' looks and FEELS like, but there is usually one single formula that helps people reach their goals and that is consistency & patience.

I genuinely value creating meaningful working relationships with others, I believe that health and fitness comes from an emotional and sometimes vulnerable place so I feel that it's vital to empower others through creating lasting lifestyle changes and adapting to new habits.

Overall it's been the flexibility of allowing me to meet the needs of my clients, whether that's training them in their homes or gardens (subject to covid-19 restrictions) or exposing them to the incredible Profound Fitness studio in Chobham that gives them access to a wide range of equipment.

It means everything to me to create a bond with my clients, fitness is a very personal thing and I want my clients to feel confident and feel inspired to perform at their best - whether that's during the session itself or carrying that confidence into their daily lives.

I can provide remote sessions if required. I'm not currently set up as an online coach but will consider it in the near future.

I keep cleaning wipes with me throughout my session to wipe equipment before and after use, I regularly use hand sanitiser and offer it to my clients, I'm happy to wear a mask and face shield to allow you to feel safer
