I came to came to Callum at CO Fitness LONDON, having no motivation or discipline to exercise & train to better myself. I’ve always struggled with hyper mobility issues in my knees when squatting etc.
Callum reassured me that we can work around this problem and improve it.
2 months down the line, I can squat without knee issues and I am showing great muscle growth especially in the lower body and I’m feeling really confident heading into my holiday in Brazil. Definitely would recommend.
