As an avid gym-goer myself, I have often found it difficult to find a PT who inspires me to lift bigger and work harder. I have had the absolute pleasure (through the workout pain) of training with Kyle for over 15 years and I still haven’t managed to best him yet. Not only is he an extremely proficient personal trainer, he also has an intense passion for the gym and the lifestyle that comes with it.
