Simon’s trained me for five years and transformed my attitude to fitness.

I was a wreck when we started - but Simon took me from not even finishing our induction session to doing two Tough Mudders together. He got me back to full fitness over 12 months after snapping my achilles - starting training me again when I was still on crutches.

Simon uses all the training approaches: plyometric, circuits, weights, intervals and Fartlek. He’s inventive and makes every session different - from log lifting to sprint parachutes to his notorious playing card sessions.

Simon got a great work ethic and pushes me hard. He’s always flexible on timings and locations. And above all, it’s always fun however I’m feeling before. All in all, a top man.

I started training with Simon after joining one of his classes two years ago and I've been training with him ever since. He has completely changed my attitude to fitness and has built up my confidence in the gym. His sessions are challenging, but he is always encouraging and knows how to get the best from you. He combines a good mix of exercises that have really improved my strength and general fitness. For anyone looking for a PT, I would definitely recommend. I now actually enjoy working out. More...

I have been training with Simon for almost three years now. Before I met Simon I was very gym shy , I would go to the corner of the gym and have a run or use the rowing machine and that was about it. I was going to the gym for 2 years and never saw any improvement was just pleased with myself for getting there !
I hastily took a taster session, I say hastily because I was nervous I wasn't very fit and was concerned I would struggle. Now I look back to that day and smile. I am the fittest I've ever been and have bags of confidence , I'm strong, fit have so much energy and finally feel like fitness isnt just for 'other people '. My body has changed immensely I have muscle and I'm toned. I have never felt more confident than now . Simon has been an amazing trainer, I would highly recommend to anyone at any level. Expect to work hard! But also expect incredible results.

Hard work and determination being disciplined when not with your personal trainer, allowing yourself a cheat day is allowed otherwise your body will plateau you need it to be shocked at times so it keeps guessing.
