I cannot recommend Julia and Conte Health & Fitness enough. Julia has helped me grow from a complete gym novice to very confident and motivated across all types of strength training in just 6 months and I’ve seen great results. Julia made me feel very at ease from the get go - she's so bubbly and friendly but also extremely knowledgable and realistic and doesn't promise too much or too little. I absolutely love my sessions with Julia. She is always so motivating, and seeing improvements in my strength and fitness from week to week is very rewarding. I leave feeling really good afterwards!
Furthermore, Julia really takes the time to learn about your goals and targets the sessions towards that, working at a pace suited to you.
With guidance and advice on nutrition, online resources and social events, as well as the ability to train in the studio or via video call, it really is great value for money and an investment I'd 100% recommend if you're looking to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

Julia has been a fantastic coach and has really gone above and beyond what a normal personal trainer would do. She has helped me with not just the workouts (and has consistently tailored these to my needs as well), but also with my diet and nutrition plan and any questions I’ve had, she’s been on top of it all. I can't express my appreciation for Conte Fitness for helping me to gain back my motivation! Julia and Sasha are incredibly attentive to your goals, factoring in your level of fitness and your injuries. My time with them was definitely an educational journey. I have learnt more about my nutrition, the muscles I'm working, the negative impact an office job has on my body (and how to reverse them!), and the best ways to recover. I got stuck in a rut during the pandemic and new I needed a little extra support getting back into my fitness. Like most, I’ve gained quite a bit of weight during lockdown. Unfortunately, I can’t do any cardio due to an injury and strength training has never been my thing. I decided to hire Julia so I could lose weight and improve my overall strength. I’ve been training with Julia for about 4 months she’s helped me lose weight (8.6kg), I look more toned, feel stronger and I’ve actually started to really enjoy strength training.

Julia is also really mindful of my injuries in the past I’ve found other PTs aren’t, however, she still pushes you but in a safe way. She has taught me a lot about your body and different types of exercises. On top of that, she’s just really lovely and easy to get along with. I would 100% recommend hiring Julia if you are looking for help on your fitness journey.

Training with Julia has been a joy from the very first day - over 8 months ago. I had a lot of work to do and lacked motivation and confidence in my ability to train on a regular basis. I’ve been training with Julia for about five months now and I can definitely say that starting my fitness journey with her was the best decision i’ve made. Julia is such a prepared trainer, since the beginning she identified the goals to achieve for my body health and look. From rebalancing my diet, helpings me understand what foods were affecting my bad digestion, to fixing my posture, building strength and loosing fat. In just five months the results are unbelievable and my confidence has boosted!
Julia is such a mindful trainer, always pushing you to give a little bit more of your all, so it can make the difference, understanding at the same time what your body and mind need.

I have been working with Julia for a few months now. I opted for the monthly exercise plan. This has worked out great as Julia tailors my exercises to my needs and works with me and my concerns. She checks in regularly and is very open to me reaching out to her whenever I need assistance or have questions about the exercises. Julia is SO friendly and motivating!!! I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She makes you feel comfortable and is always smiling and keeping you motivated. I was always super pumped to work with her as she made the exercise fun and kept it at the level I could work at whilst still pushing me beyond my boundaries. Her nutrition advice is on point and she was always available if I needed any advice.

Unlike most fitness providers, Conte Health & Fitness does not focus solely on getting you to lose weight or improve your fitness. Our holistic approach goes beyond that. At Conte Health and Fitness we focus on building a beautiful strong body whilst ensuring health longevity. ​​We do this by offering a unique combination of services including Physiotherapy, Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga and Massage Therapy.

Yes, of course. Online training is done through live video calls and our fitness app.

We have 3 different sanitising stations at the health club where our clients can find anti-bacterial gel & wipes alongside masks (gloves are also available upon request). Both us and the rest of the team have now been fully vaccinated and we are still wearing masks (masks for clients are optional). The facilities are frequently cleaned and sanitised by the cleaning staff. Social distancing is followed whenever possible. Sessions can also be conducted entirely privately from our Pilates/Yoga room.

Unlike many fitness services, Conte Health and Fitness also provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation. With industry-leading physical therapy services, Conte Health and Fitness aim to offer a complete package to help our clients maintain their fitness and solve any physical ailments they may face.

Pilates focuses on building core strength, flexibility and balance at the same time. Unlike regular strength training, it doesn’t rely on gym equipment like dumbbells or machines. Instead, it uses unique exercises and low-impact workouts that are surprisingly tough yet effective at building a stronger and healthier body.

Many of our clients enjoy personalised yoga classes that help them relax, unwind, and meditate to overcome the stress in their life. Yoga is the perfect way to balance your regular workouts with a more relaxing exercise to reduce anxiety and stress whilst improving your flexibility.

Massage is a treatment which aims to relax, revive and heal the body. Using manual hands-on movements and manipulation of the soft tissues and muscles in the body, massage therapy works to promote healing and enhance a person's overall well-being.
